    That\'s right - its only illegal when advertising occupies the space. Anything else in that space is fine. Makes a lot of sense.

    They say that there is no such thing as art for art\'s sake. Nevertheless, I admire art as an art in itself like my appreciation of art in professional twitter backgrounds which businesses in twitter use to advertise their product.
